Refund  and returns may be possible in situations of faulty or wrong product  received Please send your email to info@jumbosizescrunchies.com.au if have any concerns regarding your order. Modification to orders can be done before orders are shipped out. Jumbo Size Scrunchies Is still responsible for the the order up u till it’s delivered. Should there be any issue while order is in transit please contact customer service and we will resolve it.
